Easy interface to decide the load order and events for files on start up. Very easy to put network or Internet software off until after the network is up so they don't hog time trying to do work they can't do at present. Other programs I give times to so they are loading 5 minutes after start up. I want them there but I don't use them immediately. Just easy. Also tells you about any changes to your start up lists.
